Synthetic Grass - Replicated grass has the look and feel of real grass without the work, money and upkeep that real grass requires.  Here in California where water usage, water cost, and water conservation are all real issues, replicated grass is an alternative worth considering.   This is not the astro-turf of the old days.  The synthetic grass industry has evolved this product over years of trial and error.  The grass/turf products available now are ultra-realistic.  Consider these facts when evaluating the choice for synthetic turf:  No need to use fertilizers or Pesticides, thus promoting cleaner water runoff.  Grass turfs are porous, which means water still gets absorbed into the ground beneath it- Unlike concrete.  No mowing required.  No mud.  

Cost of grass is $4.95 a square foot.  The cost is $4.50 for areas between 500 and 1000 square feet, and 4.25 per square foot for areas over 1000 square feet.  The grass comes in rolls 15' wide.  We will help you with installation guidelines or refer you to a grass installer.
